Data collected

Company requests (Engage AI journey and quick message): company, name, e-mail, optional phone, description of the need. Applications: first name, last name, e-mail, optional phone, role sought, availability, location, CV, optional profile link, optional message.

Purposes and legal bases

Handling company requests (pre-contractual measures). Reviewing applications (pre-contractual measures at the candidate’s request). Keeping a profile in the talent pool to offer other opportunities: only with your consent, separate from the application and revocable.

Recipients

Only authorised BORAMA staff (recruitment, management), through an authenticated area. CVs are never attached to e-mail notifications. No data is sold.

AI agents

Automated processing may propose an extraction of CV information or a comparison with a role. These proposals are checked and corrected by a recruiter; no selection decision is made automatically. Personal characteristics unrelated to the role are not used.

Retention

Applications: proposed period of 24 months without activity, after which the profile is reviewed (period to be confirmed). Company requests: period to be completed. If you ask not to be contacted again, all solicitation stops.

Hosting and security

Data hosted on a server located in France (Scaleway, according to the RIPE registry). Files stored in a private area, authenticated access, encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of talent pool consent. To exercise them: form on the Contact page (dedicated address to be completed). You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

The public site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Only the recruiter area uses a session cookie strictly necessary for authentication.
